How agencies should price client AI

Kuga bills per live client. That number is not your client price. Your price is setup work, ongoing improvement, and the commercial clarity you bring around the agent.

How agencies should price client AI

Three numbers, not one

Setup covers discovery, knowledge, configuration, testing, and deployment. The monthly retainer covers review, reporting, and changes. The Kuga plan is the infrastructure those two sit on.

When the plan moves

Message and storage limits are the honest upgrade trigger. If a client outgrows Essential, the conversation is operational, not theatrical. Pro adds 5,000 replies, 25 MB, 1 AI Form, 50 submissions a cycle, and 2 client portal seats. Advanced is 10,000 replies, 100 MB, 5 AI Forms, 500 submissions, unlimited client portal seats, and Human Handover for 2 people. Above that is a custom agreement.

Do not hide the platform

Clients do not need a vendor login, but they do need to understand that the service has limits. Put plan limits in the proposal so overages are not a surprise six months later.

Compare Kuga plans

Essential, Pro, and Advanced are the platform floor.
