Yes. Essential, Pro and Advanced each offer a 14-day free trial with that plan’s features and allowances. One trial per client, with a card required. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge.

What is billed?

Live clients on a monthly plan. Preview work stays free until an agent goes live. One plan per live agent, not per agency user.

Can we mark this up?

Yes. The plan is the platform cost. Setup fees and retainers are the agency offer. Put the plan limits in the proposal so upgrades are operational, not a surprise.

What does Preview include?

Create the agent, load knowledge, and test Website Chat with 50 lifetime AI replies. Preview does not include WhatsApp, Instagram, AI Forms or the Client Portal. It is for building and showing work, not a live site.

Does Essential include WhatsApp, Instagram or AI Forms?

No. Essential includes Website Chat, lead capture and email, with 1,000 monthly AI replies and 5 MB of knowledge storage. WhatsApp, Instagram, AI Forms and the branded Client Portal require Pro or Advanced. Human Handover requires Advanced.

Which plans include WhatsApp, Instagram and a branded client portal?

Pro and Advanced include WhatsApp, Instagram and the branded Client Portal. Pro includes 2 client portal seats; Advanced includes unlimited client portal seats. Preview and Essential do not include these channels or the Client Portal.

What happens when a client outgrows a plan?

Essential is 1,000 replies and 5 MB. Pro is 5,000 replies, 25 MB, 1 AI Form, 50 submissions a billing cycle, and 2 client portal seats. Advanced is 10,000 replies, 100 MB, 5 AI Forms, 500 submissions, unlimited client portal seats, and Human Handover for 2 people.

Do clients log into Kuga?

No. They use the white-label widget. Pro includes a branded portal with 2 client seats. Advanced includes the same portal with unlimited client seats, plus Human Handover for 2 people. The agency workspace stays yours.

When is Enterprise the right next step?

When a deployment needs more than Advanced: above 10,000 monthly replies, or a rollout that does not fit Essential, Pro, or Advanced.
