Acceptable Use Policy
Introduction

Client Responsibilities
If you are a client embedding or integrating our Services (including chatbots) into your own platform, you are responsible for ensuring that your end users comply with this Policy. You agree to promptly investigate and address any violations by your users and to take appropriate actions to prevent further misuse. KUGA AI LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for any client or user who violates this Policy.
Compliance with Laws
You must comply with all local, national, and international laws, regulations, and rules that apply to your use of our Services. This includes data protection and privacy regulations when handling personal data through our platforms or chatbots.
Enforcement and Termination
KUGA AI LTD reserves the right to monitor usage of our Services to ensure compliance with this Policy. We may investigate any suspected breach of this Policy, remove or disable access to any content that violates the Policy or applicable law, and suspend or terminate access to our Services for any user, account, or client that engages in prohibited conduct. We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating and prosecuting illegal behavior.
Amendments
We may update this Policy at any time to reflect changes in our operations or legal obligations. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
