They fail because they treat it like freelance work. They sell one-off bots to random businesses and burnout.
The winners build systems. They pick a niche, build one solution, and sell it 50 times.
Here is the exact roadmap to go from zero to your first £5k in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) using the "Kuga Infrastructure" model.
