At KUGA.AI, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, including AI chatbot customization and software solutions, we implement a strict refund policy to protect the integrity of our business and ensure fairness to all parties.

All purchases of our services, including but not limited to software subscriptions, custom chatbot solutions, and consulting fees, are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your contract or required by applicable law.
2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued solely at the discretion of KUGA.AI under the following circumstances:
1. Service Non-Delivery: If a purchased service has not been delivered due to a clear fault of the Company.
2. Defective Product or Service: If the delivered service fails to meet agreed specifications and the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable attempts.
3. Duplicate Payment: In the event of an accidental duplicate charge, a refund for the duplicate amount will be processed.
For all refund requests, supporting documentation and evidence must be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
1. Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer wish to use the service after purchase.
2. Failure to Utilize Services: If you fail to implement, use, or integrate the provided service.
3. User Error: If issues arise due to improper use, failure to follow guidelines, or third-party interference.
4. Partial Service Usage: Refunds are not issued for unused portions of a service or subscription.
5. Custom Development: Due to the time and resources involved, custom chatbot solutions and other bespoke development services are non-refundable.

2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or documentation.
3. Decision: Refund decisions will be communicated within 10 business days of receiving your complete request.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 15 business days of approval.
5. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund and your request has been denied, you may escalate the matter by contacting our Support Manager at support@kuga.ai. All disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, and the laws of England and Wales, as applicable. Any disputes arising under this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the respective jurisdiction.
